- رسوم الجمارك يتم التنبيه عليها مسبقًا وكذلك تكلفة الشحن الجوي لأنها أعلى
- وفرنا خيار الشحن البحري ليكون أوفر في التكلفة لمن يناسبه هذا الخيار

لذلك، بعد وصول المنتج إلى مصر لا نلتزم بإرجاع قيمته أو إلغاء الطلب شكرًا لتفهمكم والتزامكم بسياسة الاستور

The store's rules are clear from the start, and every customer who places an order has reviewed them before confirming their order.

- Once a product arrives in Egypt, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Customs fees are flagged in advance, as is the cost of air shipping, since it's higher.
- We've provided a sea shipping option to be more cost-effective for those it suits.

Therefore, once the product arrives in Egypt, we are not obligated to refund its value or cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the store's policy.

سعر المنتج لا يشمل رسوم الجمارك، ويتم دفع الجمارك عند وصول المنتج إلى مصر.

الشحن الجوي يستغرق حوالي 20 يومًا وتكون رسوم جماركه أعلى.
الشحن البحري يستغرق حوالي 3 أشهر وتكون رسوم جماركه أقل، وهو خيار مناسب لمن يفضل توفير التكلفة.
بعض المنتجات يكون الشحن البحري هو الخيار الوحيد المتاح لها.

The product price does not include customs fees — customs are paid when the product arrives in Egypt.

Air shipping takes around 20 days and comes with higher customs fees.
Sea shipping takes around 3 months and comes with lower customs fees — a good option if you'd rather save on cost.
For some products, sea shipping is the only available option.

Shipping is available within Egypt, and also within the US.

The store isn't responsible for damage caused simply by a product coming from outside Egypt — items travel long distances between countries, and in rare cases a slight corner ding or a very faint mark can appear on albums as a result.

If a week passes after the order arrives in Egypt without the customer getting in touch, or without responding and paying any remaining balance due, the order will be cancelled automatically.

The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances if an order is cancelled.
